Phil talks this thing up like it's the Holy Grail of Flyfishing, while we all know that that particular title is reserved for the Mole Fly, but hey, you can't blame the guy for trying.  This one is meant to be fished underwater and has developed quite the following.  In all seriousness, Phil is a great angler and really gets after it with the No Mercy...grab some up so he has gas money!
